Matthew Rachleff is co-founder and CEO of Naveon (www.naveonguides.com), a Proactive Palliative Care Solution. Naveon allows patients, families and doctors to navigate serious illness together across the continuum of care, supporting the difficult conversations necessary for better outcomes and experiences. He has deep experience in audience engagement, and has worked as a copywriter, marketing strategist and interactive engagement leader with some of the biggest companies in the world. He began his career at Ogivly & Mather and then built a practice in the entertainment marketing field. Matthew was recently appointed to serve as the inaugural Ambassador for the Baton Rouge Chapter of Aging2.0 (www.aging2.com/baton-rouge), which accelerates local, aging-focused innovation by providing a networking and collaboration hub for entrepreneurs, senior living providers, aging experts, older adults, investors and other interested parties. Matthew received a B.A. from Cornell University, an M.Phil. from Cambridge University and a J.D. from Columbia Law School.
